Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing or using the 4dresult platform in any way — including registering an account, making a deposit, playing games or claiming promotions — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. 4dresult reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. These terms form a binding agreement between you and 4dresult as the platform operator.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 4dresult services, you must register a valid account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Detection of multiple accounts may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 4dresult will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must report it to our support team immediately.
You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are located in a jurisdiction where use of this platform is legally permitted. 4dresult reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to suspend an account until verification is complete.
User Responsibilities & Rules
- Using the platform for lawful personal entertainment
- Making deposits and withdrawals within the set limits
- Contacting customer support for legitimate enquiries
- Claiming promotions you are eligible for
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play
- Attempted fraud, money laundering, or misappropriation
- Sharing your account with another individual
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through unauthorised means
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension, account closure, balance freezing, and appropriate legal action. 4dresult reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases involving a breach of these terms.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the 4dresult platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Available deposit methods include local bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local payment methods listed in the platform's deposit section.
Deposits are processed upon confirmation of the transaction from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used. 4dresult is not liable for any delays caused by third-party technical failures, payment providers or banking networks.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the 4dresult account holder. Withdrawal requests that do not meet identity verification requirements or promotion-related wagering conditions will be held until those conditions are satisfied. 4dresult reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal.
Any attempt to withdraw funds through unauthorised methods or in connection with suspicious activity will be investigated and may result in a temporary account freeze pending the outcome of the investigation.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
4dresult provides this platform on an "as is" basis. The platform may experience technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or unexpected outages. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or able to meet specific user expectations under all circumstances.
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 4dresult shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or other damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
Account Suspension & Closure
4dresult reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any of these terms and conditions
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
- Failure to fulfil identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe
- Account closure requested by the user
- Administrative decisions for operational or compliance reasons
If an account is closed due to a breach, any balance associated with fraudulent activity may not be eligible for withdrawal. Legitimate balances will be processed in accordance with 4dresult's internal policy once the investigation is concluded.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4dresult platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of 4dresult or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without express written permission from 4dresult.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 4dresult platform may utilise third-party services such as payment providers, game providers, and technical infrastructure providers. 4dresult is not responsible for the policies, terms, or failures of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the 4dresult platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution forum in accordance with Malaysian law.
